Terms of Service
The terms under which APX Trade Group provides trade matching and referral services.
1. About APX Trade Group
APX Trade Group (ABN 74 812 851 633) is a Sydney-based trade services referral hub. We connect customers with licensed subcontractors within our network. By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Our service
APX acts as a coordinator between the client and the subcontractor. We do not carry out trade work directly. All physical work is carried out by licensed subcontractors within the APX network. APX facilitates the engagement and is the single point of contact for the client.
3. Quotes and pricing
Enquiries submitted through our website or by phone are not binding quotes. A confirmed quote will be provided by APX (verbally or in writing) prior to any work commencing. Pricing varies by job scope, materials, and access requirements.
4. Licensing and insurance
All subcontractors dispatched through APX hold a current NSW licence for their trade and carry public liability insurance. APX does not dispatch unlicensed operators. Copies of licences and insurance certificates are available on request.
5. Complaints and disputes
If you are unsatisfied with any work performed through the APX network, contact Jay directly on 0414 248 878 or at apxtradegroup@gmail.com. We will work with you and the relevant subcontractor to resolve the matter.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, APX Trade Group's liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. ABN 74 812 851 633.
